Our company was established in Ankara İvedik Organized Industrial Zone as HDPE pipe fittings manufacturing company.
The company started the construction of a 2,500 m² production facility, a 1,200 m² storage area and an 800 m² administrative and social facility building on a 10,000 m² area in Kırıkkale Organized Industrial Zone, and strengthened its production by building the production facility within a period of 6 months.

32 mm nominal diameter to 1.200 mm nominal diameter electrofusion sleeve manufacturing has been added to its production capacity. Electrofusion fittings production has been realized.
The company continued to increase its capacity and quality with its second factory built on an area of 10,000 m² in Kırıkkale Organized Industrial Zone with a closed area of 4,000 m² and established an internationally accredited laboratory, 15 plastic injection, steel flange, galvanizing and plastic processing centers in this factory.

As a result of R&D studies, EF product group quality was brought to the best level in the market and production was organized accordingly.

In 2021, with 35 plastic injection molding machines with a production capacity of 200 grams to 40 kilograms, the company reached the production capacity of spigot fittings from 20 mm to 630 mm, electrofusion sleeves from 20 mm to 1600 mm, steel flanges up to 2,500 mm and garment fittings and special collectors up to 1600 mm and started manufacturing electrofusion fittings.
2000 m² closed warehouse area has been put into operation.
The Yıldız Family Constitution was completed for the institutionalization of the family and the family business. Ownership/Management (Leadership) Development Academies were launched for company owners (Board of Directors and Family Council) to increase professionalization and managerial capacity. Investments for the expansion of the factory facility area and capacity expansion of the machinery park were initiated.
Corporate Identity Constitution (Guide) and Corporate Culture Practices, and family and company modernization efforts based on the Family Constitution were completed.
Within the framework of the institutionalization of our family business, the organizational development process was initiated with investments in human infrastructure (Human Resources System).
Preparatory work on the Quality Management System and Human Resources System has begun. Preparatory work for the Information Systems Management infrastructure (ERP) investment has begun.
