Our Performance Management Process

Our performance management process includes the following steps:

  1. Goal Setting: At the beginning of the year, each employee sets individual performance goals aligned with their department’s objectives. These goals are established based on SMART principles (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).

  5. Development Plan: Based on performance review results, development plans are created with employees for the next year. These plans aim to further strengthen their strong points and address their weaknesses.
